Posteriore sx / anteriore dx · posteriore dx / anteriore sx

Resistenze

Everything you need to know before ordering

Compatibility, package contents, installation, and technical data: below you'll find every detail taken from the official CLICKnRIDE specifications.

Description Single Approved LED Quick-Release Motorcycle Turn Signal, Right Rear / Left Front – Front

Single LED turn signal for the Prima quick-release system, for the right rear or left front side. It is useful if you have lost or damaged a turn signal or want to keep a spare in your backpack: it plugs into the socket already mounted on the motorcycle.

Will it fit my motorcycle?

Yes, if the Prima quick-release system with an M10 socket is installed on the motorcycle. Prima turn signals have an asymmetrical shape: this one is for the right rear or left front side. For the opposite side, there is the left rear / right front version.

What's included

  • 1 quick-release LED turn signal (socket not included)

Features

  • Line: Prima
  • Color: black
  • Light: high-intensity SMD LED, 3D optical lens with glossy and satin surfaces
  • Body: injection-molded plastic
  • Connection: plugs into the Prima socket with an M10 fitting
  • Approval: E-mark, UNECE Regulation 50, no. 50R-0313

Use and maintenance

Clean the turn signal before plugging it in. When you remove it and when you wash the motorcycle, close the socket with the dust cap.

Why choose it

  • Prese protette cuffia in gomma e tappo contro acqua, fango e polvere.
Who is it recommended for

Assembly and documents

Are quick-release arrows road-legal?

Yes. Prima line indicators are E-mark certified under UNECE Regulation 50, approval number 50R-0313, and tested by an accredited laboratory for light intensity, amber color, and visibility angles. Italy adopts this standard: when installed, the indicators are road-legal.

Which motorcycles can they be installed on?

On almost all of them. The socket mounts in a 10 mm hole on a panel, license plate holder, or bracket, with enough material around it for the 23 mm fastening nut. Workshops that install them have fitted them on KTM, Husqvarna, Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, BMW, and SWM bikes, from specialist enduro models to adventure bikes. The turn signal wiring is already present on every road-legal motorcycle.

Do you need the coils?

Only if the motorcycle came from the factory with bulb-type turn signals. LED turn signals draw little current, causing the original relay to make them flash too quickly or not flash at all. The resistors, sold separately, restore the flash rate to approximately 60-90 flashes per minute. If the motorcycle already came with LED turn signals, they are not needed.

After installation, the turn signals don't light up: what should I check?
  • If the motorcycle had bulb-type indicators, check that you connected the resistors.
  • Swap the red and black wires: LEDs are polarity-sensitive, and each manufacturer uses a different connection. Trying this will not damage either the motorcycle or the indicators.
  • Check that the indicator is fully inserted and that the spacers bring the thread flush with the nut’s notch.
  • Test the indicator on another socket, or connect it directly to a 12 V battery, to determine whether the problem is with the indicator or the electrical system.
All four turn signals are flashing together: why?

It happens when the turn signal indicator on the dashboard has enough resistance to allow current to flow back into the other side. It can be resolved by installing two diodes in series, which allow current to flow in only one direction. To verify this, simply remove the indicator bulb and try the turn signals again.

Can I wash the motorcycle with the outlets installed?

Yes. Remove the indicators and cover the connectors with the dust cap so water and dirt do not get into the contacts. Before reinstalling the indicators, make sure they are clean.
