Description LOBOO L7S auxiliary headlight ECE approved - high and low beam, 8 levels

The LOBOO L7S is not a generic auxiliary light: it is an ECE R149.00 Class C approved projector, certified E57*149R00/06*1142, with both low beam and high beam approved and marked on the body.

This is the difference that counts: almost all aftermarket spotlights are sold for off-road use only.

Eight levels, adjustable while riding

An aluminum ring is installed near the clutch control: the thumb reaches it without releasing the grip, and an indicator shows the active level. In the city or behind another vehicle, you maintain a low level without turning it off, and raise it when the road gets dark.

One body, three functions

  • Low beam — sharp cutoff, does not disturb oncoming traffic
  • High beam — over 32,500 cd of certified intensity
  • Flashing — three modes: alternate, simultaneous, and sequential

By connecting the dedicated cable to the original horn control, you honk and flash at the same time: an audible and visual signal together is much more noticeable than just one.

Built to withstand the elements

IP68, CNC machined aluminum alloy body, glass lens. Intelligent thermal protection automatically reduces power if the temperature rises too high, and the circuit is protected against reverse polarity and overvoltage.

White or yellow, both approved

The yellow lens cover is supplied and removable. Yellow helps in fog and rain, where it reduces the glare that white light produces on water particles. White 6000K, yellow 3000K.

Universal mounting

The included collar is compatible with 22, 25, and 28 mm tubes, thanks to the reduction shells included in the kit. For 32 and 38 mm tubes, dedicated collars are required, sold separately. Angle adjustment is multi-axis: handlebars, engine guards, dedicated brackets. 12 V power supply, 80 W in low beam and 150 W with both beams active.

Who is it recommended for

Check before ordering

  • Tube diameter: the mounts cover 22, 25, 28, 32 and 38 mm. Measure at the exact point where you want to mount the headlight.
  • Electrical margin: 80 W on low beam, 150 W with high and low beam together. If you already use heated grips or a heated vest, consider the total load on the alternator.

The same brackets can be mounted on engine guards: if you don't have them, you can find models dedicated to your motorcycle on Endurrad.

Installation

  • Connect via a relay with a dedicated fuse; never connect to an existing circuit.
  • Adjust the beam inclination so that it does not dazzle oncoming traffic: this is the most important check and the most often skipped.
  • The approval concerns the device. The conditions of installation and use on your vehicle remain subject to the Highway Code.

In città o dietro a un altro veicolo tieni un livello basso senza spegnere, e alzi solo quando la strada si fa buia. È più utile di un semplice on/off.

Il copri-lente giallo è in dotazione e si toglie in qualsiasi momento. Il certificato dichiara entrambi i colori, quindi la scelta è solo tua.

Il giallo aiuta con nebbia e pioggia, dove riduce il riverbero che la luce bianca produce sulle particelle d'acqua sospese.

L'anabbagliante ha una linea di taglio definita: allarga il campo illuminato ai bordi della strada senza abbagliare chi arriva in senso opposto.

Quando serve, l'abbagliante porta l'intensità oltre 32.500 candele misurate in laboratorio.

È omologato per l'uso su strada?

Sì. L'L7S ha l'omologazione ECE E57*149R00/06*1142, marchio E57 149R-001142, secondo il Regolamento UN ECE R149.00 Classe C. Sono omologati sia l'anabbagliante sia l'abbagliante, e il marchio di omologazione è stampigliato sul corpo del faro.

È una differenza sostanziale rispetto ai faretti ausiliari venduti per solo uso fuoristrada. Resta comunque a tuo carico verificare le condizioni di installazione previste dal Codice della Strada per il tuo veicolo.

Come si regola la luminosità?

Con una ghiera in alluminio che si installa vicino al comando della frizione, raggiungibile con il pollice senza lasciare la presa. Offre otto livelli di intensità, dal minimo al massimo, con indicatore di stato che mostra il livello attivo.

Serve più di quanto sembri: in città o dietro a un altro veicolo tieni un livello basso senza spegnere, e alzi solo quando la strada si fa buia.

Il copri-lente giallo è incluso e si può togliere?

Sì, il copri-lente giallo è in dotazione ed è removibile: puoi usare il faro a luce bianca o applicarlo per il fascio giallo. Il certificato di omologazione dichiara entrambi i colori, bianco e giallo.

Il giallo aiuta soprattutto con nebbia e pioggia, dove riduce il riverbero prodotto dalla luce bianca sulle particelle d'acqua.

Su quali manubri o barre si monta?

I supporti in dotazione coprono tubi da 22, 25, 28, 32 e 38 mm di diametro, quindi la quasi totalità di manubri e barre paramotore. Il fissaggio consente inoltre la regolazione dell'angolo su più assi.

Misura il diametro nel punto esatto dove vuoi montarlo: su molte barre la sezione cambia lungo il percorso.

Cos'è la funzione lampeggio con il clacson?

Collegando il cavo dedicato al comando originale del clacson, premendo il pulsante suoni e fai lampeggiare i faretti nello stesso momento. Un segnale sonoro e visivo insieme si nota molto più di uno solo, soprattutto da un'auto con i finestrini chiusi.

Sono disponibili anche tre modalità di lampeggio autonome: alternato, simultaneo e sequenziale.

Il supporto per montarlo è incluso?

Sì: il supporto ad anello per crash bar è incluso nella confezione, con adattatori per tubi da 22, 25, 28, 32 e 38 mm. Non devi acquistare altro per montare i fari sulle barre paramotore o sul manubrio.

Il kit comprende inoltre la coppia di fari, il cablaggio, la ghiera di regolazione a otto livelli e il copri-lente giallo removibile.

Il supporto a sgancio rapido Q7S resta un accessorio opzionale, utile se vuoi togliere i fari in pochi secondi quando lasci la moto in sosta.

Esiste una versione dedicata alla mia moto?

L'L7S è la versione universale: si monta su qualsiasi moto con tubi da 22 a 38 mm, su manubrio o barre paramotore.

LOBOO produce anche due versioni dedicate, con staffe studiate sui punti di fissaggio della moto: L7-800MT per CFMOTO 800MT e L7-DS525X per VOGE DS525X e DS900X. Sono varianti dello stesso certificato di omologazione. Scrivici modello e anno e ti indichiamo la soluzione migliore.

Premium upgrade on my BMW GS

I installed the JADO S6 on my BMW GS (non-"dedicated" version), and although I don't use the BMW base, the display and features are still top notch.
