The throttle stays where you leave it, and your right hand can relax. This mechanical cruise control for the Triumph Street Twin, Street Scrambler, and Speed Twin 900 replaces the right handlebar end weight: as you open the throttle, tighten the ring with your little finger, and the grip maintains the selected position. No electronics, no wiring, and no modifications to the motorcycle.

How it works
The knurled ring screws onto the bar-end weight and increases resistance on the throttle grip. When tightened, it holds the throttle at the selected position; when loosened, the grip moves freely again and returns to the closed position on its own. It locks the throttle position, not the speed: the motorcycle slows uphill, accelerates downhill, and the device does not disengage automatically when you brake. You can always open and close the throttle by hand, even when the device is engaged.
What you receive and how to install it
The package includes: a Kaoko bar-end weight with friction ring, a thrust washer, and a 2 mm Allen key. Remove the original right bar-end weight, install the Kaoko one, and adjust the ring resistance with the 2 mm key. The manufacturer's instructions can be downloaded from the product page.
All models are in the Kaoko cruise control range.
