Description LOBOO CHG511 crash bar for Honda ADV 350 | Ø 22 mm steel, version A or B
The CHG511 is the LOBOO crash bar for the Honda ADV 350 from 2025 onward, made of Ø 22 mm steel tubing with a black finish. It comes in two versions, A and B, and the difference must be understood before ordering: it is not a matter of style but of the mounting points on the motorcycle.
The two versions have different shapes and hardware, and can be recognized at a glance from the product images. Version A, code CHG511BK, consists of two bars with a solid-machined mounting block at the upper end: it includes its own mounting point and is the choice for motorcycles without a pre-installed lower mounting point. Version B, code CHG511BK2, consists of two wider-arc bars with open ends, supplied with two separate brackets: it provides more coverage but uses the mounting points already present on the motorcycle, and costs less precisely because it does not have the machined blocks found on version A. The parts lists confirm this as well: eighteen items in version A and fourteen in version B.
There is one point that should be noted here. The buying guide published by LOBOO is more restrictive: it indicates compatibility only with models that already have mounting points prepared beside the footrests, without distinguishing between the two versions. Until we clarify this point with the manufacturer, we would rather tell you than have you discover the problem after opening the package: send us a photo of the lower area next to the footrest and we will confirm which code to order.
Installation requires neither drilling nor permanent modifications, but it is not a five-minute job. Both manuals describe thirteen steps and begin with removing the lower side fairings, which must then be reinstalled using Honda's specified torque settings. LOBOO indicates that the fasteners should not be fully tightened during installation, but tightened in sequence only at the end: 12 N.m for the M6 bolts and 18 N.m for the M8 bolts. Each version has its own manual, available in eight languages including Italian, downloadable from this page.
LOBOO provides pre-drilled holes on the bars for auxiliary lights or fog lights, which must be purchased separately and are not included in either package.
A crash bar reduces damage from a stationary fall or an impact while parked, but does not eliminate it: LOBOO does not publish load tests for this code, so we do not state any resistance thresholds. It does not publish the weight either, which we can check in our warehouse upon request. Endurrad is a retailer, not the manufacturer: we handle sales, shipping, and support, while the technical data remains as declared by LOBOO.

Artificial Intelligence comes to motorcycles: real revolution or mere marketing?
"AI-enhanced", "smart", "neural": the lexicon of artificial intelligence is now everywhere in motorcycle marketing. But how much AI is really on today's motorcycles? Between Bosch radar, machine learning, patents, and shipwrecked promises, an investigation that separates real technology from slogans — with a reliability index for each claim.
