Description Plug-and-play brake light wiring harness for Honda Africa Twin DNLWHS20900

Code DNLWHS20900 — DENALI code DNL.WHS.20900

Dedicated wiring harness for the Honda Africa Twin CRF1100L from 2020 to 2022 that picks up the brake-light signal from the motorcycle’s original connector to power an auxiliary brake light or the brake-light circuit of a control unit.

It plugs inline with the factory connector: no cutting, stripping, or tapping into any wires. Installation is fully reversible.

Why choose it

How does it work, in detail?

  • Take the brake light signal from the motorcycle’s original connector.

FAQs

For more information, see our FAQ of frequently asked questions.

What exactly is it used for?

It picks up the brake-light signal from the motorcycle’s original connector to power an auxiliary brake light or the brake-light circuit of a control unit. It plugs in-line with the stock connector: no cutting, stripping, or tapping of any wires is required, and it can be removed at any time, returning the motorcycle to its original condition.

Do I need it if I already have a CANsmart controller?

The control unit has its own wiring for the brake light, but on many motorcycles you still need the specific adapter to connect to the stock connector without modifications. It depends on the model: tell us the motorcycle and year, and we’ll let you know if you need it.
