Triumph accessoriesmodel by model

For Triumph, the catalog covers the entire Tiger family, from the 800 to the flagship 1200. The key thing to know before ordering is that you need two pieces of information here, not one: the year, because the facelifts split the catalogs in two, and the trim, because GT and Rally have different bodywork.

In the 2022 The Tiger 1200 was redesigned from the ground up, and almost no code from the old Explorer applies to it. In the 2024 The Tiger 900 changed its bodywork and fuel tank, along with their stickers, films, and handguard kits. Before ordering, the registration year matters as much as the model name.

What changes from one Triumph to another

The family is divided into two generations for each model. For the Tiger 900, the dividing line is 2024: new bodywork and tank, so stickers, films, and handguard kits have different codes before and after. For the Tiger 1200, it is 2022, when the old Explorer was replaced by a completely new design: almost nothing carries over here, not even the handguards.

What does span the models is the electronics: the CANsmart control unit and the DL4 auxiliary light kit with collars are listed together for the Tiger 900 and Tiger 1200. And the Tiger 850 Sport shares pannier racks, risers, and handguard kits with the Tiger 900, while having its own stickers and films.

Regarding crash bars and engine guards, the answer is simple: they are not in the catalog for any Triumph model. It is worth knowing this beforehand, because the DENALI auxiliary light kit is mounted with collars and requires a bar to already be present on the motorcycle.

Frequently asked questions

Why are the year and trim level required to place an order?

Because both of these change on Triumph models. The 2024 redesign of the Tiger 900 and the new 2022 design of the Tiger 1200 changed the tank and bodywork; and the films are laser-cut to match the shape, so a GT and a Rally have different codes even in the same year.

Do you have crash bars or engine guards for the Tigers?

No, not for any model. The catalog covers luggage, ergonomics, handguards, lighting, and bodywork protection. In fact, the DENALI auxiliary light kit with collars requires an engine guard to already be installed.

Are the accessories interchangeable between the Tiger 900 and Tiger 1200?

Only the electronics: the CANsmart control unit and DL4 auxiliary light kit are listed for both. Luggage, handguards, and films have their own codes for each model.

I have a Tiger Explorer: can I still find accessories?

Yes. Handguards, auxiliary light mounts for the 2016-2021 XCa, a horn mount, tank stickers, and two mechanical cruise controls are in the catalog. However, pannier racks and a kickstand plate are not available; they are only available for the GT Pro from 2023 onward.
