Why a tank handle

On sports bikes and naked bikes, the passenger has no handholds in front of them: when accelerating, they transfer their weight to the rider, and when braking, they push them forward. Straps under the seat and rear grab handles force a reclined position, which worsens the bike's balance precisely when stability is needed.

The tank handle moves the grip point in front of the passenger, where the arms work in their natural position. The rider rides without being pushed, and the passenger travels more relaxed, especially in the city and during demanding braking.

With screws or without screws

Most models attach to the perimeter screws of the fuel cap: there are versions with 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 screws, and the choice depends exclusively on how many your bike has. Some tanks do not have visible screws and instead use a dedicated attachment.

The method to avoid mistakes is always the same: open the cap and count the screws. Then check your model in the compatibility table on each product page.

Assembly

Remove the original cap screws, align the handle with the holes, and secure it with the supplied screws, tightening alternately. It takes about ten minutes and an Allen key. No drilling or permanent modification to the bike is required, so the accessory is completely reversible.
