LOBOO auxiliary spotlights come with their own mount, but that mount needs a place to attach. The LOBOO CDJ082B brackets provide that attachment point: they fasten to the engine guard—the original BMW guard or a LOBOO crash bar—and position the spotlight mounts where needed without interfering with the rest of the motorcycle.

They are small, well-finished components: 36 mm long, 25.5 mm high, and 33.2 mm deep, with two holes measuring Ø 6.5 and Ø 8.1 mm for the mounting hardware. The LOBOO technical sheet specifies a weight of 44 g and a high-strength aluminum alloy with a black anodized finish and precision-drilled holes.

Unlike a rigid bracket, the angle can actually be adjusted here: the Rotatable design panel shows that this component allows both left/right rotation and up/down adjustment. Aim the beam where you need it and lock it in place without bending anything.

The product is sold as a set in a cardboard package. The exact number of pieces is not stated by the manufacturer: the official photo shows two, one for each side. Spotlights, spotlight mounting hardware, and wiring are not included—the images showing the spotlights installed are for demonstration purposes.

If your spotlights need to be moved farther away from the bar, the solution is the CWJ082, which is a pair of extensions rather than a bracket: the two products solve different problems and should be chosen based on the design of your engine guard.

The LOBOO auxiliary lights come with their own mount, but that mount needs a point to attach to. The CDJ082B is that point: two dedicated brackets, one per side, that attach to the engine guard—either the original BMW one or a LOBOO crash bar.

LOBOO designed this bracket to attach to the original crash bar: no clamps to tighten around the tube, no modifications to the motorcycle. It uses what's already there.

It works the same way with LOBOO crash bars, so it remains valid even if you change your crash bars in the future.

It is the difference between a spotlight that illuminates the road and one that illuminates the roadside or annoys oncoming drivers.

La staffa si fissa all'attacco del paraurti già presente sul paramotore — originale BMW o crash bar LOBOO — e offre al supporto del faretto il proprio punto di aggancio. Non sono previste forature né modifiche alla moto.

Una volta in posizione, l'angolo si imposta agendo sulle due regolazioni documentate dal produttore: rotazione destra/sinistra e inclinazione alto/basso. Conviene puntare i faretti a moto ferma e carica come la usi davvero, poi serrare.

LOBOO non pubblica un manuale di installazione dedicato al CDJ082B né dichiara la viteria compresa nel set: se ti serve la conferma prima dell'acquisto, scrivici e verifichiamo su una confezione a magazzino.

Limiti d'uso e verifiche

  • Il CDJ082B è un supporto meccanico: non è un dispositivo di illuminazione e non ha un'omologazione propria.

  • Non vuoi forature né fascette strette sul tubo del paramotore

È da valutare con attenzione se:

  • Non hai un paramotore installato: la staffa ha bisogno del suo attacco per lavorare
  • Il tuo faretto va allontanato dalla barra invece che agganciato: in quel caso servono le prolunghe CWJ082

Which motorcycles is the CDJ082B mount compatible with?

The LOBOO technical panel lists the BMW R 1200 GS Adventure from 2014 and the BMW R 1250 GS Adventure from 2019. The manufacturer’s price list names only the R 1250 GS Adventure; we publish the more complete of the two sets of data, the one from the panel.

Does it only mount on the original BMW engine guard?

No: the bracket is designed for mounting on the original BMW crash bar and works the same way on LOBOO crash bars. If you have already replaced the engine guard with a LOBOO one, it is still valid.

What is the difference compared with the CWJ082 mount?

They solve two different problems. The CWJ082 is a pair of extensions that moves the spotlight away from the bar, allowing the mount already fitted to LOBOO spotlights to attach. The CDJ082B, on the other hand, is a dedicated bracket that attaches to the engine guard and holds the spotlight mount. Which one you need depends on the design of your engine guard and where you want the spotlight: if you're unsure, write to us before ordering.

Are the spotlights included in the price?

No: only the brackets are purchased. LOBOO explicitly states this on its own panels, and the images showing the spotlights mounted are for demonstration purposes. Wiring and control units must also be purchased separately.
