Description Triumph Tiger 900 RALLY PRO Side Cases
Complete kit for Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro from 2021 onward: a pair of JP91B side racks with mounting hardware, plus two PIKE TRACKER aluminum cases measuring 35 and 30 liters, in your chosen finish. One order, nothing else to match.
Check the configuration: the Tiger 900 is available in several versions, with different racks and dimensions. LOBOO documentation covers the Rally Pro from 2021 onward. If you have a GT, GT Pro, or Rally, contact us with the version and year before ordering: we will confirm compatibility in writing.
Why the two sides have different capacities
The right case holds 30 liters instead of 35 because it is shaped around the exhaust: this is the version LOBOO calls exhaust avoidance, with a recessed lower wall. On a Rally Pro, designed to leave the asphalt behind, keeping the width down is exactly what is needed for narrow passages. The left case, without this constraint, retains its full 35-liter capacity.
How much they hold and how much they can weigh
LOBOO specifies a maximum load of 10 kg per side case. The pair weighs 11.6 kg empty, excluding the racks: 6 kg for the left case and 5.6 kg for the right.
- Left P35L — internal dimensions 451 x 227 x 381 mm, external dimensions 498 x 268 x 408 mm
- Right P30R — internal dimensions 451 x 227/167 x 381 mm, external dimensions 498 x 244/208 x 408 mm
The two measurements for the right case refer to the upper and lower sections, where it recesses around the exhaust. These are dimensions provided by the manufacturer based on manual measurement, so some tolerance should be expected.
Construction
- High-strength aluminum, with the lower corners protected by structural plastic bumpers
- Key lock with a five-wafer cylinder, removable and replaceable without changing the case
- Scratch-resistant inner lining, fabric pocket in the left lid, and storage net in the right lid
- Lid opening stop to prevent it from hitting the rack
- 3M reflective inserts on the outer side
- Finishes: glossy silver or matte black
LOBOO states that the series is water- and dust-resistant, but does not publish an IP rating: we do not list one because it is not a manufacturer-certified specification.
What is not included
The top case and its rear plate are sold separately. Each case has its own sensor light in the lid: the kit includes two, one per side.
Alternatives for the same racks
The JP91B racks also support the WANDERER soft cases measuring 40+30 liters, if you prefer a lighter solution: we verified this compatibility ourselves, based on the 18 mm tube requirement that LOBOO specifies for those cases. If you already have the racks, you can purchase only the cases from the PIKE TRACKER series page. However, LOBOO cases can only be mounted on LOBOO racks: they are not interchangeable with mounts from other brands.
Maintenance
Wash with a water jet held at least one meter away, use a neutral detergent, and dry immediately afterward. Avoid acidic or alkaline products. Note down the number stamped on the key: it is needed to make a copy.
