First of all: do you have the TFT instrument cluster?

The manufacturer states this at the beginning of its materials: this mount fits only versions with a TFT dashboard, because the bracket surrounds the display. Analog or mixed-instrument versions do not have the correct mounting point. This is the first thing to check.

LOBOO states the hole positions based on the vehicle’s original data: the brackets align with the existing mounting points around the dashboard. No drilling, no modifications, and the factory configuration is restored by removing the mount.

Each variant contains a single bar: choose the diameter accepted by your mount’s clamp. The ends have a D-shaped cross-section, so once the clamp is tightened, it cannot rotate on the axis.

Machined aluminum-alloy brackets and stainless-steel bar. The kit weighs 380 g in the 12 mm version and 390 g in the 22 mm version: negligible weight in a high, forward position on the motorcycle.

The silver is treated with matte anodic oxidation, while the black has a matte electrostatic coating. Matte by design: on a piece mounted in front of the instrumentation, sunlight reflection is a defect.

Montaggio e requisiti

Come si monta

  1. Rimuovere le viti originali nei punti indicati attorno alla strumentazione, in due fasi successive.
  2. Posizionare il supporto sul cruscotto e fissarlo nei punti superiori, serrando a 7 N·m.
  3. Richiudere i punti rimanenti con le viti originali, serrando a 3 N·m.
  4. Applicare il frenafiletti in dotazione.
Istruzioni complete e note di sicurezza

Il manuale LOBOO del modello CDZ033 descrive un montaggio in quattro passaggi. La confezione contiene due sole voci: il supporto già assemblato e il frenafiletti. Non c'è viteria in dotazione, perché si riutilizza quella originale della moto.

  • Rimuovere le viti originali nei punti indicati attorno alla strumentazione, in due fasi successive.
  • Posizionare il supporto sul cruscotto e fissarlo nei punti superiori, serrando a 7 N·m.
  • Richiudere i punti rimanenti con le viti originali, serrando a 3 N·m.
  • Applicare il frenafiletti in dotazione.

LOBOO raccomanda di non serrare a fondo subito: prima si posizionano tutti i pezzi verificando allineamento, giochi e simmetria, poi si serra alle coppie indicate. Serve una chiave dinamometrica. Il serraggio va ricontrollato periodicamente.

  • BMW F750/850/800 GS

È la scelta giusta se

  • Hai una BMW F 750 GS, F 800 GS, F 850 GS o F 900 GS Adventure con strumentazione TFT
  • Vuoi il navigatore sopra il cruscotto invece che in basso sul manubrio
  • Il manubrio è già occupato da manopole riscaldate, comandi o altri accessori
  • Non vuoi forature né modifiche permanenti sulla moto

È da valutare con attenzione se

  • La tua moto ha strumentazione analogica o mista: il supporto non si monta, la staffa è sagomata sul display TFT
  • Hai una F 900 GS non Adventure: le fonti del produttore non concordano, meglio verificare prima
  • Ti servono entrambi i diametri: ogni variante contiene una barra sola
  • Cerchi un kit completo: il supporto per navigatore o smartphone non è incluso

How can I tell if my motorcycle has a TFT display?

The TFT is the single-screen color dashboard without analog gauges. If your motorcycle has a needle-style tachometer or speedometer, or a small display alongside traditional instruments, this mount is not suitable: the bracket is shaped around the TFT display.

Which BMW models does it fit?

The manufacturer's technical data sheet lists the F 750 GS from 2018, the F 800 GS from 2025, the F 850 GS from 2021, the F 850 GS Adventure from 2019, and the F 900 GS Adventure from 2025, always in versions with TFT instrumentation. If you have an F 900 GS that is not an Adventure, contact us before ordering: the manufacturer's sources do not agree on that model.

How do I know whether I need 12 or 22 mm?

Check the mount you already have, not the motorcycle: the diameter is the one accepted by its clamp and is indicated on the packaging or in the instructions. Each variant contains one bar only, not both.

Is a mount for a sat-nav or smartphone included?

No. The package includes the brackets, bar, and mounting hardware. The GPS navigator, smartphone holder, or wireless charger shown in the photos must be purchased separately.

Do I need to drill or modify the motorcycle?

No. The brackets attach to the existing mounting points around the instrumentation, with the hole positions derived from the vehicle's original data. The installation is reversible.

Does it cover the TFT display?

No: the bar passes above the display, which remains readable. However, with a very bulky device, it is advisable to check the viewing angle before securing the final position.
