When folded, it is a package measuring twenty-nine and a half centimeters by twelve and a half, and six centimeters thick. Four hundred seventy-nine and a half grams. Those are the dimensions of a large pencil case.

It lives at the bottom of a side pannier all year round without you noticing, and that is the point: you never carry a bulky backup bag.

Lay the bag flat, turning the mesh pouch inside out, fold both sides toward the center, roll it from the bottom upward, and place the bundle in the pouch.

There’s no technique to learn, and you don’t need to force the air out with your knees: the pouch is sewn to the bag, so it won’t get lost or need to be searched for.

The manufacturer states that it uses high-quality nylon, selected for its resistance to abrasion and tearing. These are the two real stresses on a bag strapped to the rear of a bike: friction against the luggage rack and tension from the straps at the attachment points.

The ripstop weave limits the damage if a cut occurs: it does not spread across the entire fabric.

Waterproofing comes from the fabric, not a surface treatment that wears off: the nylon is bonded to a TPU film. The opening rolls down on itself and is secured with buckles.

It is the system that holds up best in continuous rain because there is no zipper on the main compartment through which water can seep upward. LOBOO does not claim a certified IP rating for this bag, and we prefer to be clear about that: it is designed for rain and splashes, not submersion.

The outer straps guide the belts and prevent the load from shifting. Each one has a high-visibility reflective strip sewn onto it.

At night, with luggage at the rear, that is the most visible part of the motorcycle: two strips reflecting headlights can make the difference between being seen from a hundred meters away or from thirty.

The buckles are Duraflex, an American brand that is the standard for technical backpacks. On a motorcycle bag, they are the first part to give way, and these are not generic.

A warning the manufacturer states explicitly and that is worth reading before purchasing: the external zippered pocket only protects against splashes; it is not waterproof. Phones, documents, and batteries should go in the main compartment.

The two versions are identical in terms of material, volume, weight, and included features. The body color and the color of the details differ: gray zippers and reflective elements on the black version, and contrasting yellow ones on the military green version.

Those who often load it in the dark or among their luggage may find the green version slightly easier to spot at a glance.

On the luggage rack, passenger seat, or top case lid: all you need are points for threading the straps through. No dedicated mounting system, no drilling, and no brand or model restrictions.

The manufacturer shows it mounted on a BMW GS, Honda Africa Twin, and KTM Adventure, but it works with any motorcycle: the geometry of your load—not the model—determines the fit.
