Description Aprilia Tuareg 660 / Tuareg Rally 660 side case frames
Pair of LOBOO JP441B side racks for Aprilia Tuareg 660 and Tuareg Rally 660 from 2022 onward, with reinforcement crossbar and mounting hardware. Panniers are not included.
How they are installed
No drilling. However, the manual requires removing some original components from both sides of the tail section before installing the racks: these are reversible operations, carried out using the supplied hardware and tool.
The package contains 13 components including the left and right racks, crossbar, spacers, screws, washers, caps, and key. LOBOO specifies tightening torques of 12 N·m for the M6 screws and 20 N·m for the M8 screws, with final tightening performed in sequence only after all adjustments have been completed. The manual is included in eight languages, including Italian, and can be downloaded from this page.
Which panniers they support
- PIKE TRACKER aluminum panniers — P35L on the left and P30R on the right, 35 and 30 liters, matte black or polished silver
- WANDERER semi-rigid panniers — BCB3040TBK, 40+30 liters
The JP441B manual mentions the PIKE TRACKER and CONQUEROR series; compatibility with the WANDERER panniers is our own verification, not information declared by the manufacturer. The choice remains open even after the racks have been installed.
The limitation to know before ordering
The mounting system is proprietary. LOBOO panniers fit only LOBOO racks, and these racks support only LOBOO panniers: mounts from other brands do not have the same mounting points. If you already have panniers from another manufacturer, these racks will not support them.
Load
LOBOO specifies a maximum load of 10 kg per side pannier. The weight of the racks is not stated by the manufacturer, so we do not report it.
Material
Neither the manual nor the LOBOO technical data sheet states the material for this part number: for the series racks, the manufacturer specifies stainless steel or aluminum alloy without indicating which one. We prefer to say so rather than make the choice ourselves: if you need a definitive answer, write to us and we will verify it with the distributor.

You need the dedicated rear plate JP441W, which has its own part number and is purchased separately.
