Move the throttle assembly approximately 20 mm outward, roll back the grip and use a hacksaw to cut the plastic throttle tube end cap: \u003cstrong\u003eno more than 3 mm\u003c\/strong\u003e, without touching the handlebar. Remove any burrs before reassembly so the throttle moves freely. Barkbusters also publishes an installation video on its website.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFitting.\u003c\/strong\u003e Install the clamp without tightening it, with the rings of the two halves aligned and facing toward the centre of the motorcycle. Secure the bar at the end and to the connector, horizontal when viewed from the side, and tighten in this order: M8x45 end screw, M8x25 bar screw, M6x25 screw securing the connector, M6x30 screw closing the clamp.
