When tightened, it holds the throttle at the selected opening; when loosened, the grip moves freely again and closes by itself. It locks the throttle opening; it is not a speed regulator: the motorcycle slows down uphill, accelerates downhill, and does not disengage automatically when you brake. You can always open and close the throttle by hand, even when the device is engaged.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eWhat you receive and how to install it\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe package includes: a Kaoko bar-end weight with friction ring, TH-TWD103 thrust washer, M6 × 65 mm screw, and 2 mm Allen key. Remove the original right bar-end weight, install the Kaoko one, and adjust the ring resistance using the 2 mm key.
